Step 1.
The Sea-Can comes collapsed with the corner posts, straps, seals, and liner inside.
On large orders the straps, seals, and liners can be shipped separately. Straps can be provided in rolls or pre-cut lengths.


Step 2.
Corner Posts, liner, and straps are stored between the base and lid.


Step 3.
Corner posts are grooved to accept plywood.


Step 4.
The Box is assembled except for the strap.


Step 5.
A 1-1/4" is looped around the box in special notches.


Step 6.
A 1-1/4" tensioner is used to tighten the strap.


Step 7.
A 1-1/4" crimper tool is used to crimp the strapping together binding the box.


Step 8.
Add the liner to the Sea-Can.


Step 9.
Excess liner drapes over the side of the box.


Step 10.
The Sea-Can is ready to load.


Step 11.
Once Loaded the excess liner is folded inside. The lid is secured with 1-1/4" straps in the same way as the sides.


Step 12.
Sea-Cans easily stack 2 high. Each contains 2,727 Kg (6,000 lbs.) for a total of 2,845 Kg (6,260 lbs) grs. wt.
